New educational material

Langholtsskóli helps develop Vitundin.is

Vitundin is a new educational website that officially went live last week. The website is the result of the Vitundin – Digital Existence project

This educational material covers digital citizenship, which is crucial today. Digital citizenship education aims to empower children and young people by teaching them the skills and knowledge they need to learn and participate in today's digital society.

The website is the product of a collaborative development project involving all primary schools in Kópavogur, the Kópavogur Municipality primary school department, the Center for Education and School Service, Langholtsskóli and Common Sense Education. Sæmundur Helgason, a teacher at Langholtsskóli, has led the school's participation in the project, actively helped develop the educational materials and serves on the website's editorial board. Congratulations to Sæmundur and his colleagues on the new website.
